ACT – Consultancy, a new Angolan company focused on supporting organizations in business and financial diagnostics, aims to play a significant role in transforming companies, creating value for clients, and enabling them to achieve visible, qualified, and recognized results.
In a statement to FORBES AFRICA LUSÓFONA, Anabela Teixeira, the founder and director of ACT – Consultancy, emphasized that the project was launched to address the shortage of leadership in the Angolan market, prioritizing the enhancement of human capital and corporate excellence. “Companies are losing their human touch, and managers, in general, are more concerned about results without focusing on people. If we invest properly in people, we can immediately elevate organizations,” she explained.
The company, which recently formalized the start of its activities, offers various services, including business and financial diagnostics, organizational climate studies, alignment of corporate governance models, auditing and compliance, project management, business planning, and IT risk assessment.
